ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ആദ്യമായി ‘മേക്ക് ഇൻ ഇന്ത്യ’ പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് കീഴിൽ ഒരുങ്ങുന്ന ഡ്രൈവറില്ലാ മെട്രോ ട്രെയിനുകൾ ദില്ലിയിൽ സർവീസ് നടത്തും. ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശിലെ ശ്രീ സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നാണ് ആദ്യ സെറ്റ് ട്രെയിനുകൾ എത്തുക. ഡൽഹി മെട്രോ കുടുംബത്തിന് ഇന്ന് ചരിത്രപരമായ ദിനമാണെന്ന് ദില്ലി മെട്രോ റെയിൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ മാനേജിംഗ് ഡയറക്ടർ വികാസ് കുമാർ പറഞ്ഞു.
